The Chestnut Triple Prong Crunch Leather Belt
Engineered for maximum security and rugged utility, this heavy-duty belt is built to handle demanding work and everyday wear. Handcrafted in the USA from premium 1.75-inch (45mm) full-grain buffalo leather, it features a rich Chestnut color and a distinctive Crunch finish.
The Crunch finish gives the leather a naturally distressed, broken-in appearance with warm reddish-brown tones, subtle crackling, and variations throughout the grain. These characteristics are intentional and give every belt its own rugged personality from the first day it is worn.
The defining feature is the heavy-duty triple-prong buckle configuration. By distributing tension evenly across an aligned three-hole pattern, the buckle locks firmly into place and helps prevent slipping—making this belt an excellent choice for work, tool carry, jeans, and rugged daily use.
Key Features
- 100% Full-Grain Hide: Cut from the strongest unsplit layer of the hide to retain maximum fiber density and provide excellent resistance to tearing, stretching, and cracking.

- Triple-Prong Security: Three heavy-duty prongs distribute tension evenly across a precision three-hole pattern to provide a secure fit and help prevent slipping.

How to Measure for Proper Belt Size
To ensure the proper fit, do not use your pants size. Instead, follow these steps using a belt you already own:
- Lay your current belt flat on a smooth surface.
- Measure from the start of the leather at the buckle fold to the fitting hole you use most frequently.
- That measurement will be the size you order from us.
- If your measurement falls on an odd number, order the next even size up.

Natural Leather Character
The Crunch finish is intentionally distressed. Natural grain markings, color variations, surface crackling, and differences in texture are part of the leather’s character rather than defects. Because this is genuine full-grain leather, no two belts will look exactly alike.
Care & Maintenance
To preserve the distressed character of the Chestnut Crunch leather, wipe away surface dust and dirt with a clean, dry cloth. A slightly damp cloth may be used for light cleaning, but avoid soaking or submerging the belt in water.
Leather conditioners, balms, and oils may darken the Chestnut color or reduce some of the distressed surface appearance. Apply conditioner only when the leather begins to feel dry, use it sparingly, and test it first on a small concealed area.
