Handcrafted in the USA — The Belt Shoppe

All of our products are individually handcrafted to order right here in the USA. We strive to process, build, and ship all orders in a highly timely manner. Shipping rates are dynamically calculated at checkout based directly on package weight and your delivery zip code. To see your available rates and carrier options, simply add your items to the shopping cart and utilize our built-in shipping estimator.

Processing & Build Timelines

We typically process incoming invoices Monday through Friday to schedule them for workshop production the next business day. While we work efficiently to get your items built, shipping timelines can occasionally fluctuate depending on our current workshop order volume.

NEED YOUR ORDER BY A SPECIFIC DATE? While we are unable to absolute-guarantee carrier delivery dates once a package leaves our facility, we want to help you meet your deadlines. If you are ordering for a specific event, holiday, or trip, please email us BEFORE you place your order with your timeline details, and our shop team will let you know if your window is possible.

Our Domestic Shipping Carriers & Services

We offer trusted domestic shipping choices to balance cost and delivery speeds across the United States:

  • USPS Ground Advantage (Default Free Shipping Service): Unless you actively choose to upgrade your carrier to UPS or FedEx at checkout, your order will default ship via USPS Ground Advantage. This is our default carrier and service choice for all orders qualifying for free shipping. While it is a fairly reliable service, it is not as reliable as premium private networks like UPS Ground or UPS Air services.
  • UPS Ground (Highly Recommended Upgrade): We highly recommend selecting a UPS Ground shipping upgrade over standard postal services for the most accurate, consistent tracking updates and dependable delivery transit schedules.
  • Expedited Shipping (UPS Air Services): We offer accelerated express shipping options at checkout for a faster 2-day transit time once your item has completed its production phase. Please note we are structurally unable to offer overnight shipping services.

International Shipping

We welcome international orders and proudly ship our handcrafted leather products worldwide. We provide reliable global fulfillment using the following carriers, with rates dynamically calculated during checkout:

  • USPS International Mail: Available as an affordable shipping choice for international delivery tracking.
  • UPS International Services: Premium, accelerated international delivery offering robust tracking and swift custom border routing.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes: Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to regional customs fees, import taxes, or broker handling tariffs levied by your home country. These charges are completely external to our storefront and remain the sole responsibility of the buyer. International transit schedules can vary significantly depending on local border customs processing speeds.


Tracking Your Shipment

We provide transparent updates at every single stage of your order fulfillment process. The moment your package is labeled and leaves our production facility, an automated delivery confirmation email containing your tracking reference link will be sent to your inbox. Please be sure to inspect your regular inbox and your SPAM/Junk folders for these updates before contacting customer service.
