Thick full-grain harness leather, an oak leaf and acorn pattern, and stainless steel hardware give this belt a distinctive look with substantial everyday strength. I handcraft each belt in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and personally emboss the oak leaf and acorn design into the leather. It is part of my Phil’s Elite collection.

At 13–14oz and approximately 5–6mm thick, this full-grain harness leather has the weight and substance you expect from a heavy-duty belt. The embossed pattern adds detail along the strap, making it a natural match for denim, workwear, and casual pants.

Oak Leaf & Acorn Detail

I personally emboss the repeating oak leaf and acorn pattern into each belt. The design brings a woodland-inspired character to the substantial harness leather, while the stainless steel roller buckle provides a clean finishing touch. Natural variations in the leather’s grain, color, and embossed detail give each belt its own character.

Stainless Steel Hardware

Both the roller buckle and Chicago screws are stainless steel. The removable screw attachment makes it possible to change the buckle. When choosing a replacement, check that it accepts a 1.5-inch-wide strap and accommodates this belt’s 5–6mm thickness.

Choose Your Belt Size

Do not order your pants size. Measure a belt that fits you comfortably:

  1. Lay your current belt flat.
  2. Measure from the start of the leather at the buckle fold to the hole you use most. Do not include the buckle.
  3. That measurement will be the size you order from us. If it falls on an odd number or between offered sizes, round up to the next available even size.

The size ordered is measured to the center fitting hole. Please review the sizing illustration in the listing photos before ordering. If you would like additional fitting holes, contact me with your request.

Lifetime Leather Warranty

Like my other Phil’s Elite harness leather belts, this belt is backed by my Lifetime Leather Warranty. If the leather fails under normal use, I’ll make it right.

Made by Phil in Colorado

I have been making belts since 2002. This belt is made in my Colorado Springs workshop, where I personally emboss the design and assemble it with stainless steel hardware. Thank you for supporting my small family business.

  • Cleaning: Wipe away dust and surface dirt with a clean, soft cloth. Use a slightly damp cloth when necessary, but do not soak the leather.
  • Conditioning: Apply leather conditioner only when the leather begins to feel dry. Always test it on a small, inconspicuous area first because conditioner may darken or alter the finish.
  • Drying: Allow wet leather to air-dry naturally. Do not use a hair dryer, heater or direct sunlight.
  • Storage: Store the belt in a cool, dry place. Hang it by the buckle or roll it loosely—never fold it sharply.

Qualifying U.S. exchanges are accepted within 30 days of original purchase. Items must be new, unworn and unused, with original tags and packaging. A $6.50 replacement shipping and processing charge applies; customers arrange return shipping. Custom modifications are excluded as described in the policy.
