Thick full-grain harness leather, an embossed Celtic knot pattern, and stainless steel roller belt buckle give this belt distinctive character with substantial everyday strength. I handcraft each belt in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and personally emboss the repeating Celtic design into the leather. It is part of my Phil's Elite collection.
At 13–14oz and approximately 5–6mm thick, this full-grain harness leather has the weight and substance you expect from a heavy-duty belt. The interwoven pattern adds traditional detail along the strap, making it a natural match for denim, workwear, and casual pants.

Personally Embossed Celtic Knot Design
I personally emboss the repeating Celtic knot pattern into each belt. The interwoven design runs along the leather strap and gives the belt traditional character without taking away from the rugged appearance of the heavy harness leather.
The depth of the embossing highlights the pattern differently as the light hits the leather. Natural variations in grain, color, markings, and embossed detail ensure that every full-grain leather belt has its own character.
Stainless Steel Hardware
Both the roller buckle and Chicago screws are stainless steel. The removable screw attachment makes it possible to change the buckle. When choosing a replacement, check that it accepts a 1.5-inch-wide strap and accommodates this belt’s 5–6mm thickness.
Choose Your Belt Size
Do not order your pants size. Measure a belt that fits you comfortably:
- Lay your current belt flat.
- Measure from the start of the leather at the buckle fold to the hole you use most. Do not include the buckle.
- That measurement will be the size you order from us. If it falls on an odd number or between offered sizes, round up to the next available even size.
The size ordered is measured to the center fitting hole. Please review the sizing illustration in the listing photos before ordering. If you would like additional fitting holes, contact me with your request.

Like my other Phil’s Elite harness leather belts, this belt is backed by my Lifetime Leather Warranty. If the leather fails under normal use, I’ll make it right.
