Aniline Buffalo Leather Belt Strap Black - Handcrafted in Colorado
I handcraft The Estes in Colorado Springs from one solid piece of full-grain aniline buffalo leather. This is a replacement strap only, with no buckle included. Its distressed black semi-gloss finish combines a subtle sheen with worn-looking character, and the snaps let you attach a compatible removable buckle.

About the Aniline Finish
The Estes combines an aniline-dyed base with a distressed black semi-gloss finish. The leather retains visible grain and natural markings, while the subtle sheen gives it a little more polish than a matte strap. Expect variations in surface character from strap to strap.
Buckle Compatibility
The two TKK snaps open so you can attach or change a compatible buckle. Browse our 1.5" belt buckles for options. Choose a buckle designed for a 1.5-inch leather strap with a compatible attachment bar and enough clearance for the folded leather. Ratchet, clamp, and other specialty systems may require a different strap.

How to Measure Your Belt Size
Lay a belt that fits you flat and measure from the start of the leather at the buckle fold to the hole you use most often, not to the end of the buckle or the tip of the strap. That measurement is the belt size to order. If it falls between available sizes, choose the next size up. For example, a 37-inch measurement means ordering size 38. A size 38 measures 38 inches from the leather fold to the center fitting hole.

Care Instructions
Wipe away dust with a soft cloth. Use a slightly damp cloth when needed, avoid soaking, and let the leather dry naturally away from direct heat. Avoid harsh cleaners and heavy conditioning that could change the semi-gloss finish. If the leather feels dry, test conditioner on a small, inconspicuous area before applying sparingly.
- Cleaning: Wipe away dust and surface dirt with a clean, soft cloth. Use a slightly damp cloth when necessary, but do not soak the leather.
- Conditioning: Apply leather conditioner only when the leather begins to feel dry. Always test it on a small, inconspicuous area first because conditioner may darken or alter the finish.
- Drying: Allow wet leather to air-dry naturally. Do not use a hair dryer, heater or direct sunlight.
- Storage: Store the belt in a cool, dry place. Hang it by the buckle or roll it loosely—never fold it sharply.
