Dark Burgundy Full-Grain Latigo Leather Belt – 1.5"

I handcraft this belt in Colorado from a single piece of full-grain American steerhide latigo leather. The 12oz leather, hand-finished edges, and removable buckle make it a substantial everyday belt for jeans, workwear, and casual outfits.

The dark burgundy finish offers an alternative to black or brown, with leather that develops character as you wear it.

Choose Your Size Before Ordering

Do not order your pants size. Lay a belt that fits you flat. Measure from the start of the leather at the buckle fold to the hole you use most—not to the end of the buckle or the tip of the belt.

Use that measurement to choose your belt size. If it falls between the available sizes, choose the next size up.

Review our belt sizing guide before ordering. Contact me if you need help choosing a size.

Choose Your Buckle

Select your preferred style using the Buckle Choice option before adding the belt to your cart:

  • Antique Nickel Pin
  • Gunmetal Roller
  • Stainless Roller
  • Vintage Brass Pin

Chicago screws let you change the buckle later. Choose replacement hardware that accepts a 1.5-inch strap and accommodates the leather’s thickness.

Latigo Leather That Develops Character

Latigo leather is treated with oils and waxes during tanning. It combines a substantial feel with flexibility, and its appearance changes with wear. Over time, the dark burgundy leather develops a patina that makes the belt your own.

Lifetime Leather Warranty

This belt is backed by my Lifetime Leather Warranty against material defects or craftsmanship issues in the leather. Contact me if you experience a problem so I can help.

  • Cleaning: Wipe away dust and surface dirt with a clean, soft cloth. Use a slightly damp cloth when necessary, but do not soak the leather.
  • Conditioning: Apply leather conditioner only when the leather begins to feel dry. Always test it on a small, inconspicuous area first because conditioner may darken or alter the finish.
  • Drying: Allow wet leather to air-dry naturally. Do not use a hair dryer, heater or direct sunlight.
  • Storage: Store the belt in a cool, dry place. Hang it by the buckle or roll it loosely—never fold it sharply.
