Product Returns: We no longer accept product returns. We will accept a return if the item is received damaged or we made an error in packing/shipping. 95% of exchanges and returns are because of improper size. It is extremely important to read our sizing instructions under the About Us drop down.
Product Exchanges for US Customers: To exchange merchandise, there will be return shipping & handling charge of $6.50 for orders placed in the United States. Please include a check or money order payable to The Belt Shoppe. Please do not send cash. The returned item(s) should still be in UNWORN / NEW / UNUSED condition. Send item(s) back to us using the carrier of your choice with instructions of how you would like us to exchange, including size and colors needed in return, along with return shipping address. We highly recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method. The Belt Shoppe is not responsible for any items lost or damaged being returned to us. Requests for exchange are only accepted within 30 days of original purchase.
